The LED lamp chip would be the most important part in the whole quality control process, LZ already working in LED industry for 9 years, and built stable cooperation with many brand LED chip agent in China like Cree, Osram, Nichia which could ensure the quality if the LED chip is specified, LZ has a lot of equipments to test the incoming material, with many experienced QC/QA/Engineers which are very good at finding problems and fix problems.

High PPFD Led Grow Light Aging Test The aging test of LED grow light is mainly to find out various factors that may involve the actual use of the simulated products, or affect the use of the products, and pass the corresponding conditions to strengthen and test the process.

We are committed to providing the highest quality in our manufactured LED modules by constant attention to detail and continuous quality improvement beginning with the materials used for the assembly through packaging the finished-product and the aftermarket care and support. Quality in LZLED is not limited to certifications, it is part of our company’s culture. All our team members focus on delivering exactly what the customer wants with a quality that exceeds the client's expectations. As a standard process, we perform functional test for 100% of all LED modules produced. Upon customer’s request we can provide the following additional testing:

• X-Ray inspection: Our quality department tests all high-power LED modules with our latest X-Ray machine. For the other boards, our quality assurance team has different quality test methods. The statistical population may vary according to LEDs and component features. We use X-Ray systems to check the quality of the solder joints for each type of LED chip.

• Burn-in: Like X-ray test, burn-in test is changing from one project to another. The specifics of this type of testing is always provided by the customer. We can perform the test the way you want it.

• In-Circuit-Testing: This is the most powerful tool for printed circuit board test. ICT is a very comprehensive form of printed circuit board test, ensuring that the circuit has been manufactured correctly and has a very high chance of performing to its specification.

• IES Testing: Running photometric parameter test and electric performance test is important to set high LED lighting standards for testing and certification. Both tests help LZLED get light distribution, luminous efficacy, light angle beam, power factor, voltage, and current right. This is something every top LED manufacturer and supplier takes care of, that's why we are establishing a UL certified lab with all neccessary tools to provide these type of testings to our cuistomers.

The total period from inquiry to delivery will take 2-6 weeks, which depends on the specialty and difficulty of the PCB design.

Business development history

● 2009-2012, trade some lighting products, such as LED linear lights, panel lights, LED strips, etc.

● 2013 - 2015, we began to design some customized lighting products based on the current business according to customer requirements.

● 2016 - 2018, we began to abandon the business of general lighting products and specialize in finished lighting products with special or high level requirements.

● Since 2018, 70% of the business is the customize LED light source modules with special requirements for some factories, projects and oversea brands, and 30% of the finished product customization business.

● Complete and standardized test links. Including: dehumidification inspection of LED diodes and accessories - PCB pre-production inspection and inspection - appearance inspection after mounting - function inspection after mounting - AOI solder joint inspection - handheld brightness color temperature indicator (consistency) inspection - secondary QC before packaging. Among them, 20% - 50% aging test (according to product quantity and delivery date), 10% - 20% QA inspection, and 5% integral ball test are interspersed.
